Vegan KetoLean 4 Week Set Meal Plan

Here is your KetoLean Vegan 4 Week Meal Plan, remember this is just a recommendation for those that like being told what to eat, feel free to change it around with in the restrictions of the diet plan discussed in the previous video.

Quick Overview;

1) 1 Meal

2) 2 KetoLean Shakes

3) 1 Tbs of MCT Oil

(MCT oil provided is to be added to your shake, you can add extra MCT oil to your morning coffee or have it off the spoon if you would like)

When having MCT Oil in your shake for the first time, it can take a few day’s for your tummy to become use to it, so to avoid tummy up set or bowl issues we recommend the following;

Day 1-5 take 1 teaspoon (5ml) per shake

Day 6 onwards take 2 teaspoon (10ml) per shake

4) 1 Snack + the option of 1 extra snack

If you are over 80kg and you feel you need more calories per day you can do the following;

1) Have 1 extra Tbs of MCT Oil

2) As well as 1 extra shake or 1 extra meal/ double portion of meal
