We have adjusted the meal plan to factor in training – this means on training days you will have 2 meals, 2 shakes and optional snacks. On non-training days you will have 1 meal, 2 shakes, optional snacks and practice intermittent fasting.

KetoLean™ Recipes

Simple-to-follow and easy-to-cook meals, just like the 4-Week Kickstarter meals – no need for calorie counting, macro measurement, or meal creation – we do it all for you. However, this time you have more recipe options to choose from, plus we have also included special meals you can make for the whole family or dinner parties. Vegan, gluten-free and non-vegan meal options are available.
8-week program training

KETOLEAN™ SPECIALISED TRAINING PROGRAM

There are many ways to workout; however, not all workouts give you the same results. Taking from Jaxon’s 10 years’ experience as a personal trainer, in the 8-week program, you will be provided with a specialised training program to focus on maximum results while preventing extended stress and fatigue. Each session will go for 20 minutes – you can choose between interval training, cross-training and abbreviated strength training. We provide all training sessions in three levels: 1) beginner 2) intermediate 3) advanced.

Stretching program-

STRETCHING PROGRAM

Stretching is a fundamental step most programs leave out; however, we have tailored a quick effective stretching program that will cover your whole body in 5 minutes. Stretching aids recovery, prevents injuries, flushes out fluid retention and improves stress levels.

If you purchase a Power Pack today, you will get everything emailed to you today, so you have immediate access to the KetoLean 4-Week Kickstarter Program and all your free gifts. The products will be posted out immediately from the Sunshine Coast, so while they are on their way you can start doing the Pre-Program units in the Kickstarter Program.

Two things typically happen after the 8 weeks:

  1. You give it another go – most participants will continue to the 8-Week Program again; depending on your goal, some might do a couple of 8-Week Programs to reach their body shape goal, where others might have a smaller goal and find doing one 8-weeks is enough.
  2. You graduate – If you have reached your goal then it’s time to move onto the KetoLean Lifestyle Program. The Lifestyle Program is focused on helping you maintain your current lifestyle. 

When you purchase a Power Pack you get access to both the Vegan and non-Vegan Keto Diets via our online Meal Planner. However, in order to make sure you get the right shake, the Vegan Shakes are green and the non-Vegan Shakes are white – each one has their own Power Pack page.

Yes, you do. Having extra MCT oil will give you that little extra energy it needs while transitioning away from carbs. It will also assist your body to produce Ketones, as MCT Oil is easily broken down into Ketones. However, you don’t need to add it to your shake if you don’t want to, and you can use it in other ways such as adding it to your coffee, shotting it or putting it over your meal. The MCT Oil will also be useful if you need to implement any long term fasting to hack your way into Ketosis and is great as a pre workout.
