Delicious and so easy

I love the chocolate and strawberry shakes, and love that it’s so easy to prepare and take to work or anywhere. I prepare and shake night before so I can just grab it out of fridge in morning. I also love putting shake in freezer for around an hr and then it’s like an icy slushy for lunch. Very satisfying and fulling.

Great tasting shakes

We started using the shakes a week ago, following with a keto diet, both my Husband and myself have lost weight. At first I thought the shakes were a bit sweet, but after a couple of days we have got used to it and now look forward to having our shake morning and lunch time.

Good flavour, great consistency and it dose what it says makes you loose weight if you follow the plan, I’m also a lactose intolerant and I seen somebody’s review that said they where aswell and it had no effects to them so I brought two bags too start with 3 days later I brought another two so I didn’t run out! What do your shakes taste like?

Everyone experiences taste in a different way; however, we have designed our shakes to taste as much like a Big M (flavoured milk) as possible and from our customer feedback we have achieved this. Everyone raves particularly about the taste!

What is the difference between a Keto Shake, a Meal Replacement Shake, a Weight Loss Shake and a Low Carb Protein Shake?

1. Keto Shake vs Meal Replacement Shake

The main difference is going to be the carb/ sugar content, a traditional meal replacement shake is going to sit around 25g of carbs, even a low carb meal replacement shake will sit between 5-12g of carbs. Where a keto shake should be below 3g of carbs/ sugar per serve.

2. Keto Shake vs Weight Loss Shake

You will find also that most weight loss shakes will have the same carb/ sugar content meal replacement shake of 5-12g, some might even have added fat burning ingredients such as thermogenic, but most of these shakes are typically your older style of shakes that are sold at a chemist and follow a low-calorie diet. Where a keto shake not only focuses on carbs and calories, but also the fat content and other ingredients that aid a keto diet.

3. Keto Shake vs Low Carb Protein Shake

This is where most of the confusion takes place, a lot of people go out and buy a low carb protein shake or see a low carb protein shake marketed as a “keto shake” and think that will do. However, when doing this they often consume too many carbs and proteins, don’t get enough fat and miss out on essential nutrients and minerals needed to sustain a healthy keto diet, resulting in not being able to get in keto, giving up due to fatigue or plateauing as their body is unhealthy. A keto shake should have a carb content within the 3g range, be higher in fat, only have a moderate amount of protein and also include a range of minerals, vitamins, amino acids and other keto supporting ingredients.

Yes, you can, even though our shakes are designed for a Keto Diet, they can be used for other means, such as to follow a low carb plan, for convenience replacing a meal or snack, post workout shake or to create healthy snacks.

Q) If this shake is keto, then why isn’t the fat amount higher in these shakes?

We have intentionally chosen these fat levels in the shake, after much trialling we have found this level of fat to be optimum for your gut and results. Consuming a shake with higher amounts of fat will result in gut cramps or reflux, so we encourage you to get the remainder of your fat intake via other means, such as adding our Keto Enhancing MCT oil to your shakes or meals.
