We want to make shopping with us at KetoLean as simple and enjoyable as possible. Our customers all over the world love the taste of KetoLean Shakes and we’re confident you will too! But if you simply don’t like the taste, we’re here for you.

KetoLean's 100% Taste Guarantee is offered on all standard shakes purchased online at ketolean.com.au for 30 days from the date of purchase.

How to take up the KetoLean 100% Taste Guarantee

For products purchased on ketolean.com.au:

  1. If you don't enjoy the Taste of any of our 4 standard flavoured shakes (Belgian Chocolate, Vanilla Milkshake, Salted Caramel or Strawbery Milkshake) within 30 days of purchase, contact us via email at hello@ketolean.com.au, quoting your order number and the product you’d like to return.
  2. Once your return is approved, please return the remaining (unopened) product to us at the address provided. Please note: the customer is responsible for the cost of return postage.
  3. Once we’ve received your item, we’ll refund the purchase price that was paid. Please note that any delivery fees cannot be refunded. Funds may take up to 3 business days to be deposited into your account.

 

Is your product damaged or faulty?

The 100% Taste Guarantee is not redeemable based on the following exclusions; 

  1. You have placed an order previously, the guarantee is only for first time buyers.
  2. You have purchased a Vegan shake, due to our vegan shakes using a pea base, they can have an acquired taste, so we don't offer a taste guarantee with these. 
  3. You have bulk purchased, we can only provide a refund on one sake per flavour, so it's best if it's your first time purchasing to purchase only one of each flavour. 
  4. If you have purchased at another location other than ketolean.com.au.

Is your product damaged or faulty?

This Taste Guarantee does not exclude or replace your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If items in your order are damaged or faulty, please see our Returns Policy for more detail.  

Is the taste guarantee on Vegan Shakes?

Our 100% Taste Guarantee does not include Vegan shakes. The reason for this is that they are dairy free, and so do not have the same creamy taste. The shakes are designed for Vegans who may be accustomed to the vegan flavouring.
