How do I use this product

What is the difference between a Keto Shake, a Meal Replacement Shake, a Weight Loss Shake and a Low Carb Protein Shake?
1. Keto Shake vs Meal Replacement Shake
The main difference is going to be the carb/ sugar content, a traditional meal replacement shake is going to sit around 25g of carbs, even a low carb meal replacement shakes will sit between 5-12g of carbs. Where a keto shake should be below 3g of carbs/ sugar per serve.
2. Keto Shake vs Weight Loss Shake
You will find also that most weight loss shake will have the same carb/ sugar content meal replacement shake of 5-12g, some might even have added fat burning ingredients such as thermogenic, but most of these shakes are typically your older style of shakes that are sold at a chemist and follow a low-calorie diet. Where a keto shake not only focus on carbs and calories, but also the fat content and other ingredients that aid a keto diet.
3. Keto Shake vs Low Carb Protein Shake
This is where most of the confusion takes place, a lot of people go out and buy a low carb protein shake or see a low carb protein shake marketed as a “keto shake” and think that will do. However, when doing this they often consume too many carbs and protein, don’t get enough fat and miss out on essential nutrients and minerals needed to sustain a healthy keto diet, resulting in not being able to get in keto, giving up due to fatigue or plateauing as their body is unhealthy. A keto shake should have a carb content within the 3g range, be higher in fat, only have a moderate amount of protein and also include a range of minerals, vitamins, amino acids and other keto supporting ingredients.
