KetoLean Weight Loss Challenge Terms and Conditions

Eligibility: The KetoLean Weight Loss Challenge (hereinafter referred to as "the Challenge") is open to individuals aged 18 and above residing in Australia & New Zealand. Employees of Calder Sim Pty Ltd (ABN: 27 674 438 325) and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Challenge Period: The Challenge commences on May 20th and concludes on June 16, 2024. Participants must submit their final weight loss results by the final cutoff date of June 30th, 2024.

Participation: To participate, individuals must register for the Challenge by May 6th via the official KetoLean website or designated registration platform. Registration requires providing accurate personal information and agreeing to these Terms and Conditions.

Objective: The objective of the Challenge is to achieve the highest percentage of weight loss based on participants' initial and final weigh-ins. Participants are encouraged to follow the KetoLean program guidelines for optimal results.

Submission of Results: Participants must submit their initial weight, progress updates, and final weight by the specified deadlines via the designated submission method provided by KetoLean™.

Verification: All weight submissions are subject to verification by Calder Sim Pty Ltd. Any suspected fraudulent submissions may result in disqualification from the Challenge.

Prize: The participant with the highest percentage of weight loss at the end of the Challenge period will be declared the winner. The winner will receive either:
- Three (4) months' supply of KetoLean shakes, or
- $1000 cash prize.

Winner Notification: The winner will be notified via email or phone within seven (7) days of the final cutoff date. If the winner does not respond within fourteen (14) days of notification, an alternate winner may be selected at Calder Sim Pty Ltd's discretion.

Privacy: By participating in the Challenge, participants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information by Calder Sim Pty Ltd for the purposes of administering the Challenge.

Release and Indemnification: By participating in the Challenge, participants release and hold harmless Calder Sim Pty Ltd, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in the Challenge or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.

General Conditions: Calder Sim Pty Ltd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Challenge at any time without prior notice. Decisions regarding the Challenge, including but not limited to eligibility, participation, and winner selection, shall be at Calder Sim Pty Ltd's sole discretion and are final and binding.

Governing Law: The Challenge and these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia.
